The Interpersonal Field: Building and Sustaining Vibrant Relationships

Everything you do is done in relation to others. Whether at work or in your personal life, what you do is affected by and affects others. The quality of your relationships determines your ability to thrive in work and life. In an increasingly relationship-driven economy, they determine the ability of organizations to thrive.

Topics will include:
  • Fundamentals of Self Management, including centering practices and managing your emotions
  • Building vibrant relationships through the disciplines of the Interpersonal Field-Honesty, Integrity, Trust
  • Fundamentals of effective conversations, including a powerful model for making and receiving effective requests, and a powerful model for self-assessing your own role in determining how a conversation goes
  • Learning a powerful method for distinguishing fact from opinion and having effective conversations about both
  • Simple rules for vibrant relationships

Take-aways will include:

  • Deepen your self-awareness to be more effective in your relationships
  • Learn centering practices that bring you into the right relationship with yourself
  • Learn the "Disciplines of the Interpersonal Field"-Honesty, Integrity, and Trust-and how to use them to bring greater authenticity to your relationships
  • Learn how to identify broken trust and have effective conversations to restore it
  • Learn to use a model of highly effective conversations to enhance your communication skills
